Standard Fees - 2025/2026

I work on a sliding scale.  Fees published are my current standard rates.  I offer discounts from my regular fees to facilitate working with a wider audience and a diversity of backgrounds.  All fees are in $CAD for work performed in Canada and $USD for work performed in the USA and internationally.  

Please inquire if you are a church or nonprofit and my published rates are out of your reach. I would love to work with you and will consider a discount that better suits your budget. Fees heavily discounted or waived for work in the global south, including Indigenous communities in North America,  Sápmi (the land of the Sámi people, northern Europe) , Australia and New Zealand.

FEE FOR SERVICE:

Coaching/Consulting/Facilitation: 

• Coaching in Canada: $300CAD/hr hourly rate if booked with me directly; $1,500 for 6 prepaid sessions
• Coaching in the US: $300 USD/hr if booked directly with me; $1,500 for 6 prepaid sessions
• Interested in group coaching? Pull together a group of 4-6 people and we can do 3, 6, or 12 month contracts with a weekly call as a group - contact me for more info
• JumpScale consulting proposals - email me at carmen @ wejumpscale.com (RFP required; proposals will include a team from JumpScale)
• Consulting / Facilitation $3,000 daily rate + pre-negotiated/budgeted hours for prep time and other disbursements

Guest Preaching

• Preaching: $375/hr (based on Category F, Zone 5 in The United Church of Canada), but in any case, no less than the minimum rates as published by The United Church of Canada Minimum Salaries for Ministry Personnel (2026): Currently $261 (+$0.60/km for local travel) https://united-church.ca/sites/default/files/2025-10/salary-schedule-ministry_2026.pdf
• For guest preaching outside of a 60km radius, I charge the minimum published rate plus negotiated travel fees

Keynote Speaking - Corporate Audiences

• Audiences to 1,000 participants - $5,000
• Audiences greater than 1,000 participants - $10,000

Nonprofit/Faith Keynotes - Academic Events & Guest Lectures

• Variable - reach out to discuss
