Standard Fees - 2024/2025

I work on a sliding scale.  Fees published are my current standard rates.  I offer discounts from my regular fees to facilitate working with a wider audience and a diversity of backgrounds.  All fees are in $CAD for work performed in Canada and $USD for work performed in the USA and internationally.  

Please inquire if you are a church or nonprofit. I would love to work with you and will consider a discount that better suits your budget. Fees heavily discounted or waived for work in the global south, including Indigenous communities in North America, Sapmiland, Australia and New Zealand.

FEE FOR SERVICE:

Coaching/Consulting/Facilitation: 

• $400/hr hourly rate
• $3,000 daily rate + pre-negotiated/budgeted hours for prep time 

Guest Preaching

• Minimum rates as published by The United Church of Canada Minimum Salaries for Ministry Personnel (2024): Currently $247 (+$0.55/km for local travel)  https://united-church.ca/sites/default/files/2023-09/salary-schedule-ministry.pdf
• For guest preaching outside of a 60km radius, I charge the minimum published rate plus negotiated travel fees.

Keynote Speaking

• Audiences to 1,000 participants - $10,000
• Audiences greater than 1,000 participants - $20,000
